Sy Kaufman

Sy founded Crosslink Capital and is semi-retired. He is involved in venture capital activities primarily in the Digital Media & Internet Services and Software & Business Services sectors.

Experience:
Sy founded the Omega Venture family of funds in 1989 and has over 25 years of venture and public market investment experience. During the course of his career, Sy has invested in over 350 venture-backed companies. Prior to founding Crosslink, Sy ran investment banking for Robertson Stephens and co-directed its equity research department. Sy spent 8 years at Hambrecht & Quist as an equity analyst and general partner covering the technology, data communications and semiconductor industries.
