From 1992-98, Tom was a technology portfolio manager at West Highland Capital, a $700 million Bay Area hedge fund. Prior to that, he was with Emerging Growth Management, a small-cap hedge fund manager. He spent two years in investment banking with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and five years in equity research and institutional sales at Robertson Stephens.

Eric joined Crosslink in 2011 and leads public equity investments in the Internet, Media, and Consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Crosslink, Eric was an analyst in the technology, media & telecom investment banking group at J.P. Morgan in San Francisco providing M&A advisory and capital raising services for Internet & digital media and software clients. Previously, Eric was an analyst in the oil & gas investment banking group at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he worked on a variety of advisory and capital raising transactions for exploration & production, oilfield services, refining & marketing, and integrated oil & gas companies.

Dan joined Crosslink in 2003 and invests in Business Services Companies – with a specific focus on Financial Technology Companies. His investment style is to search for companies with highly differentiated products or services and long term secular growth trends.
From 1998-2003, Dan was at Lehman Brothers in semiconductor investment banking and equity research. Before that, he was with Morgan Stanley from 1995-1998 in semiconductor equity research. From 1981-1993, Dan worked at a number of semiconductor companies, including VLSI Technology, Custom Silicon, Raytheon and Harris Computers.

Cullen joined Crosslink in 2018 and focuses on public equity investments in Financial Technology and Business Services.
Prior to joining Crosslink, Cullen was an analyst in the Technology M&A group at Wells Fargo in San Francisco providing advisory services to a variety of strategic and financial sponsor clients.

Paul joined Crosslink Capital in 2007 and manages the firm’s public equity trading activities.
Paul brings over 30 years of trading experience to Crosslink Capital. Prior to joining Crosslink, he was the head of trading at Husic Capital Management from 2003 to 2006. He also has worked with CRG developing and trading various trading strategies. From 1989 to 2002, Paul was a NASDAQ market maker and traded technology stocks for several brokerage firms including Robertson Stephens, Hambrecht & Quist, Toronto Dominion Securities and Paine Webber.

Karter joined Crosslink in 2015 and focuses on investments in the software and cybersecurity sectors.
Prior to joining Crosslink, Karter was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the M&A group where he focused on transactions in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, he worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he worked with internet and digital media companies.

Michael is a Founding Partner of Crosslink Capital. He is the portfolio manager for the firm’s public and crossover funds.
Michael joined Robertson Stephens in 1983 where he served as director of research and equity analyst covering the semiconductor and software industries. He was involved with the first venture capital activities of Robertson, Stephens during the 1980s and led a number of venture capital investments. Prior to that, Michael was at Intel Corporation.
