Anduena leads business development and the firm’s executive network, helping Crosslink’s portfolio companies to accelerate top-line growth through curated introductions to enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and senior operators. She also spearheads Crosslink’s Executive Network, facilitating meaningful relationships with VP+ leaders across tech sectors through private roundtables and one-on-one engagement.
Experience
Prior to Crosslink, Anduena led global business development and partnerships at Microsoft and M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund. Her role was to identify and facilitate strategic business opportunities with hypergrowth technology companies, as well as to drive signal, effectively leveraging venture capital relationships to help Microsoft’s leadership “see around the corner” on emerging technology trends. She brings a decade of go-to-market execution experience from previous roles across early-stage startups, big tech, and venture capital.
