Tobias joined Crosslink in 2021 and focuses on AI-first software applications across horizontal and vertical markets, financial technology, and deep technology. He is also a co-founder of O1 Collective, an exclusive community for the next generation of US-based European founders, CEOs, investors, and leaders in technology.
Experience
Prior to joining Crosslink, Tobias was an associate in the Technology M&A Group at RBC, where he was involved in a variety of M&A transactions in sectors, including enterprise software, financial technology, and consumer internet. Tobias started his career in equity sales at Citigroup in San Francisco, after which he joined Apptimize at an early stage to help develop the company’s enterprise sales strategy.
Tobias lives in the Bay Area with his wife, Allison, and two sons, Theodore and Axel. Originally from Sweden, Tobias is an avid hockey player and golfer.
