The close of the transaction marks a new chapter for Reltio customers, with a continued focus on premier customer experience, open-ecosystem support, and AI-ready data innovation.
Today marks an important milestone for Reltio, our customers, our partners, and our employees. SAP has completed its acquisition of Reltio, and we are now officially Reltio, an SAP company.
This is a proud moment. It reflects the strength of what we have built together for over 15 years: a cloud-native, AI-native data unification and master data management platform trusted by some of the world’s most ambitious enterprises. It also reflects the urgency of the moment. As companies move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, the quality, context, governance, and interoperability of their data will determine how much value they can create.
Enterprises today operate across complex, heterogeneous landscapes. Most organizations run a mix of SAP and non-SAP systems, cloud applications, legacy platforms, data warehouses, analytics tools, and emerging AI environments. That complexity is not going away. In fact, agentic AI makes the need for trusted, interoperable data even more urgent.
AI agents cannot operate reliably if they are working from fragmented, inconsistent, or poorly governed data. They need accurate customer, product, supplier, location, employee, and other critical entity data. They need business context. They need governed access to harmonized, cleansed, continuously updated data that is usable across operational workflows and analytics environments.
That is where Reltio has focused since day 1. We create trusted “golden records” and deliver a unified system of context across the data landscape for our customers. As Reltio, an SAP company, we now have the opportunity to bring that capability to an even broader set of enterprise programs. Read rest here.
